Tirbê Sipi's Youth demand a stadium, concerned parties promises

The young in the Tirbê Sipî district of Qamishlo canton is very popular with football, while facing the problem of a single, temporary stadium built on a plot of land belonging to private property.

According to ANHA correspondent, there are 10 popular teams in Tirbê Sipî and Birati Sports Club, but there is no football field in the area.

On this subject, ANHA agency met the youth of the district 

Hasan Taher, one of Tirbê Sipî sons, pointed to the urgent need for a football field in the district, because there is a single stadium due to private ownership.

In turn, Hiyam Ibrahim, a Sports teacher, pointed out to the problem of lack of stadiums in Tirbê Sipî, because the current stadium does not fill the need of young people and the existing teams.

Hiyam called on officials at the Sports Council to create a playground for young people in the district, to open the way for them to show their football talents.

The citizen Malik al-Kaoud has called Peoples' Municipality and Sports Union in the district to solve this problem.

For her part, the Co-chair of Peoples' Municipality Suad Hussein expressed the willingness of the municipality to secure the land for the stadiums' construction "There are three playgrounds in the planning scheme of the district center, and we will provide the necessities for Sports Union to build stadiums."

In the same context, officials of Sports Union in Qamishlo canton, said they would study the request of the Sports Council in Tirbê Sipî district, and will work to establish a stadium for young people according to the possibilities available to them.
