European activists arrived in Rojava

On Monday, a delegation of European women activists in the field of civil society and women's rights arrived in Qamişlo through the border crossing of Sêmalka between Rojava and Başûr Kurdistan.

The visiting delegation included:

 The photographer Maryam Ashraf, the member of the Scottish Association Sarah Jane, the film director Kerkox Kent, the member of the European Parliament for northwest Britain, the member of the commission on Women's Rights Julia Ward, the Human Rights lawyer in Ireland Wendy Leon, the lawyer in criminal defense Onn Blaine.

They were received by the members of the Diplomatic Relations Committee in Kongra Star Wahiba Jito, Sana Khalil and Farial Hassen.

The delegation of activists visits Rojava and northern Syria areas with the aim of getting a closer look to Rojava revolution and women's experience in the revolution, in addition to obtaining documents from the land of the event and transferring them to the world.

The delegation is scheduled that the delegation would conduct field visits to many civil administrative institutions and women's organizations in Rojava and North Syria areas.
