Shield of Afrin Resistance granted to representatives of Rojava in Başûr

The children of al-Anfal martyrs were awarded shield of Resistance of Afrin to representatives of Rojava in Başûr Kurdistan in glorification Resistance of the Age.

The victims of al-Anfal massacre committed by the Baathist regime in Iraq in 1988 were commemorated on the 30th anniversary of the massacre at the top of Jabal Khalkhan villages.

Commemoration ceremonies were held at al-Anfal Martyr's Graveyard in Jalmourd village belonging to Jam Jamal city

The ceremony was attended by representatives of Rojava in south Kurdistan. During the ceremony, participants called for national unity and the convening of the Kurdistan National Congress to confront all the threats facing the Kurds, according to Roj News.

During the ceremony, the children of the martyrs were given a shield called the Afrin Resistance to the representatives of Rojava in south Kurdistan, and was received by representatives of Kongra Star Jihan Khalil.

The fighters of People Protection Units (YPG) and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), a mythical resistance against the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries in Afrin, and gave an example of sacrifice for the sake of the land.
