Future Syria Party was founded in  March 27 this year during a conference held in al-Raqqa city under the slogan of "democratic, pluralistic, decentralized Syria", in the presence of 800 delegates from various Syrian regions, as well as guests from various political parties and blocs.
Today, the first meeting of the party members took place after the founding conference, held at the headquarters of Future Syria Party in al-Raqqa city and attended by the members of the Future Syria Party to evaluate the work of the conference and develop future plans for the party's work.

The meeting began by holding a minute of silence, during which Future Syria Party's head, Ibrahim al-Qaftan, said "The establishment of Syria Future Party came to be a true nucleus to represent the aspirations of the Syrian people and draw a new map to resolve the crisis and work to create a democratic future for Syria."
He added " founding the party came on the basis of the sacrifices of Rojava's sons and daughters of northern Syria, their struggle and their belief in pluralism, partnership and coexistence in all their components and their rejection of the same color without distinction between the people of Syria."

He noted "It is time to raise the banner of defending the right and freedom to meet the demands of the Syrian people for a decent living and within a democratic homeland."

He said about the party's works "We will work on selecting the main offices of the party and sub-sections throughout the north Syria, in addition to the appointment and selection of members of committees and offices by the General Council of the Future Syria Party."

The meeting was then closed to the media, and is expected to identify the centers where the offices of the party will be opened and selecting members and administrators.
