Declaration of Energy Authority for al-Jazeera region people

Al-Jazeera canton's energy authority has announced an increase in the electricity rationing hours between April 7 and 22, due to periodic maintenance of the gas plant and the generation pits.

Al-Jazeera Energy Authority has issued a written statement to the people of al-Jazeera region, in which it announced an increase in electricity rationing hours between April 7 and 22, due to regular maintenance work for the gas plant and generation robots.

The statement was read at the headquarter of Energy Authority by the co-chair of the Authority Abdul Karim Malik, which inlcuded:

"To our dear people in al-Jazeera region, we inform you that the gas plant in the region will be stopped for maintenance of the secondary patrol, for a period of fifteen days starting from 7/4/2018, which will lead to a decrease in the quantities of clean gas, and thus affect the work of gas turbines and lead to decrease in electricity generation.”

We will also inform you that the fourth turbine will be stopped at Rmaylan power station due to the reasons of repair, as a result, the electricity rationing hours will be increased until maintenance and repair work is complete until 22/4/2018. "
