Public Prosecution issued decision to prosecute National Council members accused of treason

This came in a statement issued by the Public Prosecution in the People's Defense Court, a copy of which was received by Hawar news agency in connection with complaints by the people of Afrin and northern Syria against the members of the Kurdish National Council who cooperated with the Turkish occupation and the mercenaries.

The statement reads as follows:
"After seven years of the Syrian crisis and elimination the capital of IS mercenaries in al-Raqqa, which was the most serious threat to regional and global security, the security and stability compass went to better levels in the Syrian north. The first was to collect all the remaining mercenary groups and use them to occupy Afrin city, which provided security for the thousands of displaced Syrians whose cities were destroyed, and the symbol of peace throughout the Syrian crisis.

But the Turkish state used all the weapons to destroy Afrin and did not stop using only weapons, but used all means of private and media war to mislead public opinion and try to legitimize its occupation. The Turkish state since the beginning of its occupation has highlighted some Kurdish elements mercenaries, In order to continue the mislead for this occupation and the Kurdish groups mercenaries that joined this occupation, "the Kurdish hawks, the Brigades of Silah al-Din, the battalion Azadî and the battalion Mishial Timmo."

These groups have previously participated in the killing of the Kurdish people, and most of these groups adopt the policy of the Kurdish National Council, which reported by a representative within the Syrian coalition, "Fouad Alliko," that they have 6 armed groups within the occupying forces of Afrin.

This shows the complicity of the Kurdish National Council with the Turkish occupation to destroy Afrin, and that the former President of the Kurdish National Council Ibrahim Biro has already stated that they will undermine Autonomous Administration in north Syria and this done today through the Turkish occupation of Kurdish cities and displacement the people .

Following this  approach by members of the Kurdish National Council represented by the Kurdish Yekitî Party in Syria is a betrayal of the Kurdish people and their gains from the blood of their young men and women. Despite this complicity by Yekitî party Against Afrin, the National Council stated that it was adopting Fouad Alliko and Ibrahim Bro, who we opened legal proceedings against them for their hostility towards the Kurdish people.

According to the legal procedures and investigations and based on the cases and complaints submitted to us by Afrin people and north Syria and the families of the martyrs, against the members of the Kurdish National Council, showing the presence of Council's members involved in the conspiracy with the hostile parties of the Syrian coalition against the Syrian north and its components to support the Turkish occupation by invading the cities of northern Syria and their administrations through civilian councils of mercenaries, which are mostly loyal members to the Kurdish National Council, and following these data, the security authorities of the decision of our judicial institutions, to prosecute the accused members and refer them to the investigation in accordance with due process. "
