Framers , villages north of al-Raqqa city are illuminated

AL-RAQQA - The electricity was renewed by the farms (Maysaloun, al-Qahtaniyah, Yarub ,al- Ansar, Jalala,al- Salihiyah, Tishreen, al-Rawda al-Yarmouk, al-Adnaniyah) and the other farms and villages in the north-eastern al-Raqq countryside.

The rehabilitation of the Bir al-Hashim water pump is also underway to deliver drinking water to most villages as electricity is restored.

In this context, the General Supervisor of the transfer and energy transfer stations in al-Raqqa  city Engineer Akram Suleiman said: "After a permanent work 41 days at al-Forosya conversion station which works to store electricity coming from the dams of North Syria and after the completion of maintenance and equipment processing, Most feeder lines are farms and villages located northeast of al-Raqqa city.

Sulaiman pointed out that IS gangs had deliberately destroyed the main al-Forosya conversion station of and its full spoilage before they were defeated from the region. However, after liberatinmg the region from mercenaries, thanks to the hard work and continuous participation of a number of technicians specialized in electricity from al-Jazeera region, they were able to rehabilitate the station.

 Sulaiman also confirmed that they are currently working to deliver electricity to the station "Raqqa 2", which in turn feeds al-Raqqa  city fully drinking water. Pointing out at the same time that in the next few days they will return the pump to restore the drinking water to all villages and farms north-east of al-Raqqa .
