Water tank turned into shelter, story of resistance ,hope to return to Afrin

AFRIN - thousands of Afrin residents were forced to leave their homes and heading towards Sherawa  district and al-Shahba canton after the Turkish occupation army andits gangs shelled the areas populated by civilians and fear of massacres against them.

The family of Usama Abdo of the Arab component fled 7 years ago from Aleppo city  to Afrin city for safety and decent life, because of the battles that were taking place in Aleppo between the forces of the Baathist regime and mercenaries of the Turkish occupation army.

Osama Abdo settled with his family in Janders area and there began to work and says, "I was concerned with the land of Afrin and living with Afrin people taught me the meaning of cooperation and co-existence among the people."

With the escalation of the Turkish occupation army to his aggression on Afrin and the massacres against civilians, Osama was forced with his family to go to a safer area away from the shelling of the occupation and his ambiguity, and after he left Jendrish crossed Ishka village until they reached the village of Burj al-Qas at Sherawa district and settled in her school with Dozens of other families.

Abdo owned a tank to transport the water, and with the increase in the number of families in the school, taken from the tank bedding to spend night and sleep, until the tank became a mobile room that tells the story of resistance and hope to return to Afrin again after the expulsion of mercenaries the Turkish occupation of them.

"He spends his night in the tank and has difficulty finding enough food and water for his family," says Abdo.

Osama Abdo confirmed that they will return to Janders and will live their lives as the former, after the expulsion of the occupation from their homes.
