Women head to Qamishlo for march demanding Leader's physical freedom

Women from various cities and towns of Jazera Canton headed to Qamishlo this morning to participate in a women's march condemning the international conspiracy of February 15 against Leader Abdullah Ocalan and demanding his physical freedom.

Since this morning, women from the cities of Hasaka, Dêrik, Girkê Legê, Tirbespiye, Çil Agha, Tal Hamis, Amuda, Al-Haddadiyah, Al-Shaddadi, Tal Tamr, Darbasiyah, and the towns of Tal Koçer and Tal Brak have been making their way to Qamishlo to take part in the march against the February 15 international conspiracy against Leader Abdullah Ocalan and to demand his physical freedom.

The march in Qamishlo is organized by Kongra Star under the slogan "Woman, Life, Freedom Triumphs Over All Conspiracies." It will begin at 11:00 AM from two different points and converge at a single location.

One group will start from the Sina'ah Roundabout, while the other will depart from the Sîvan Roundabout, eventually meeting at Haitham Kijo Stadium. The march will then turn into a mass gathering, during which several speeches will be delivered by women's organizations in Jazera Canton.
