Wheat warehouse burns in Hasaka countryside after drone attack near Qasrak base

Drone attacks targeting the Hasaka countryside, in the vicinity of Qasrak base, caused significant damage to a wheat warehouse, resulting in quantities of wheat burning inside the warehouse

In the hours after midnight on Saturday, a large-scale drone attack targeted the Hasaka countryside, specifically the international coalition base in the Qasrak area of Tal Baydar, north of Hasaka city.

Coalition forces shot down a drone in both the Tal Ahmar (al-Hamra) neighborhood of Tal Tamr city and the village of Tal Masas in the city's countryside.

Several drones also directly struck a grain collection center located near the Qasrak base, causing significant damage to the wheat warehouse belonging to the Agriculture and Irrigation Authority of the Autonomous Administration. The wheat stacks were extensively damaged and caught fire, resulting in substantial material losses.

Coalition forces responded to these attacks using air defense systems, in addition to deploying warplanes.

This marks the fourth such attack on the region since the escalation of tensions related to the US-Israeli-Iranian conflict.
