Two drones attack Sordash camp in Sulaymaniyah

The “Sordash” camp located in Sulaymaniyah of the Federal Region of Southern Kurdistan, was attacked by two drones. The attack targeted families of Iranian Kurdish opposition members. No human casualties were reported, while the identity of the perpetrators remains unclear.

The Security Directorate of the Southern Kurdistan Region, based in Sulaymaniyah, announced today, Wednesday, that an attack had taken place on the “Sordash” camp, which hosts families of Iranian Kurdish opposition members in the “Biban” district of the province.

In a statement to the media, the directorate said that at 11:35 p.m. last night, the attack was carried out using two drones.

It added that the attack did not result in any human casualties, while no further details were provided regarding material damage or the party responsible.
