SDF: missile strike targets “Cubs of the Caliphate” section

The Syrian Democratic Forces explained that the Al-Sinaa prison in the city of Hasaka, which contains ISIS mercenaries, was subjected to a missile attack, and said: “The “Cubs of the Caliphate” section was targeted, and led to light injuries among the detainees.”

The Media Center of the SDF published information on its official websites, revealing the details of the missile attack that took place this morning on a prison designated for holding ISIS mercenaries in Hasaka, which reads:

"At approximately 07:30 this morning, the al-Sina’a Prison in al-Hasakah city, housing the detainees of ISIS terrorists, was subjected to a missile strike targeting the so-called “Cubs of the Caliphate” section. The attack resulted in minor injuries among the detainees.

Following the attack, dozens of ISIS detainees attempted to escape from the prison. However, the security measures implemented by our SDF forces and internal security have foiled the attempted escape."
