Qamishlo Youth stand guard over neighborhoods to ensure security

A group of young people involved in protecting the city of Qamishlo has called on all youth to join the general mobilization and take part in defending their areas against ongoing attacks.

Young residents of Qamishlo affirmed their response to the call for general mobilization by safeguarding their neighborhoods and forming night patrol groups across various districts, with the aim of ensuring continued security and stability.

The youth responsible for protecting the area urged all young people to engage in the general mobilization to defend their regions and lands in the face of the attacks they are subjected to, stressing that they are following in the footsteps of the martyr Ziyad Halab.

One citizen noted that he responded to the general mobilization call to contribute to supporting the Internal Security Forces and strengthening security in the area.

In the same context, another young man called on the people of Qamishlo to actively participate in the general mobilization, take to the streets, and protect their land from any threat.

These measures come amid violent attacks carried out by mercenaries of the Syrian interim government, backed by the Turkish state, against the Jazira and Kobani cantons in North and East Syria.
