Patriotic Figures: Ocalan’s assessments are best solution for Middle East crises 

On December 28, 2024, a delegation from the Equality and Peoples’ Democracy Party met with Leader Abdullah Ocalan on the island of Imrali, the delegation conveyed Ocalan’s message, which reflects his unwavering commitment to resolving the Middle East crisis and addressing the Kurdish issue. This meeting reaffirmed his readiness to strive for peace in the region, garnering widespread support from national figures in Hasakah.

Speaking on the matter, prominent figure Mohammed Ashraf emphasized that the recent meeting between the leader and the Equality and Peoples’ Democracy Party delegation underscores Ocalan’s role as a solution to Turkey’s internal crisis.

Ashraf stated, “Leader Abdullah Ocalan has always extended his hand toward peace, advocating for the resolution of the Kurdish issue as a pathway to achieving peace in Kurdistan and the Middle East.”

He added, “ The leader once again expressed his readiness to bring peace to both the Middle East and Turkey.”

Concluding his remarks, Ashraf reaffirmed their complete support for Ocalan’s evaluations and their trust in his ideology and philosophy, highlighting that the key to peace lies in Imrali.

Additionally, national figure Fatima Hassan expressed her joy at the recent meeting with the leader, describing it as a “victory for the Kurdish people.”

Hassan said, “The leader’s vision presents the optimal solution for both the Middle East and Turkey. We have full confidence in his ideology and philosophy and support him entirely. For over forty years, we have followed his ideology, making significant sacrifices along the way.”

She emphasized her unwavering support for Ocalan, reflecting her deep belief in his project and objectives to achieve peace and justice.

In a related context, national figure Farhan Dawood highlighted that the Middle East’s crises revolve around three central issues: Abdullah Ocalan, Kurdistan, and the Middle East itself.

Dawood noted, “The resolution of these issues lies with Abdullah Ocalan's democratic nation project, which advocates for the freedom of peoples and coexistence. Syria serves as a model for this project.”

He added, “Dominant powers and authoritarian states have consistently create crises in the Middle East to serve their own interests."

Dawood stressed the necessity of supporting Ocalan’s evaluations as an imperative step toward achieving regional peace. He stated, “We endorse Leader Abdullah Ocalan’s political solution vision, recognizing that resolving the Kurdish issue is the only path to peace in the Middle East. Without addressing this issue, the Middle East will remain embroiled in bloodshed and conflict.”
