Martyrs of Turkish bombardment in S. Kurdistan laid to rest

Today, dozens of residents from Sulaymaniyah participated in the funeral procession of the three martyrs to their final resting place, alongside family members, relatives, and friends of the victims, who were from the same family and were martyred due to a Turkish occupation army drone strike.

The victims, Muzaffar Hussein and his two sons, Mohammed and Mubin, were martyred due to a drone strike by the Turkish occupation army, which targeted their car near the village of Khelkan in the Dukan district of Sulaymaniyah province, S. Kurdistan.

The three martyrs were buried in the Makuk cemetery in the town of Hajiawa, where the attendees offered condolences to the family and relatives.

In a statement today, the Kurdistan Communities Freedom Movement confirmed that "targeting civilians is a terrorist and brutal act that contradicts all human and moral values," and called on the Kurdish people to unite and not remain silent in the face of the massacres committed by the Turkish occupation state. The movement emphasized that willpower and organization are the only means to stand against traitors and collaborators with the occupation.
