KNK meets with Kurdish parties in Rojava

The Kurdistan National Congress (KNK) is currently meeting with Kurdish political parties in Rojava, as discussions are focusing on the agreement between the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and the Syrian Interim Government, as well as the importance of Kurdish unity, amid the meeting remaining closed to the media.

QAMISHLO

A delegation from the Kurdistan National Congress (KNK) arrived on Thursday to support the Kurds and the Rojava resistance. The delegation was headed by KNK co-chair Ahmed Karamous and KNK Coordination's members Sherko Hami Amin, Dr. Hakim Abdel Rahim, and Perwin Aziz, as well as Majda Abbas.

On Friday, the KNK held a meeting in Qamishlo with political parties in Rojava.

The meeting was chaired by Saleh Keddo; the Secretary-General of the Kurdish Democratic Left Party in Syria, and Akram Hesso; the member of the KNK Coordination in Rojava.

The agreement between the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and the Syrian Interim Government was read at the meeting, and the importance of Kurdish unity and recent developments were discussed.

After the agreement's clauses were read, the meeting was closed to the media.

The Kurdistan National Congress is scheduled to meet with the Kurdish National Council in Syria afterward.
