The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries continue to commit the most horrific crimes against the people of the occupied Afrin canton, and hardly a day goes by without them committing crimes that amount to crimes of ethnic genocide.

According to sources, the mercenaries of the "Civil Police" of the Turkish occupation kidnapped the young man Khalil Omar Khalil (32 years old) from the people of the village of Qara Kul in the Bulbula district of the occupied Afrin canton.

The mercenaries kidnapped the young man while he was passing through the al-Qaws checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the occupied Afrin canton, and he was taken to an unknown destination.

Royalties on fruitful and non-fruitful trees

On the other hand, the “Al-Amshat” mercenaries imposed royalties on olive trees owned by the displaced people of occupied Afrin in the Mobata district, where they imposed an amount of three and a half dollars on each olive tree, whether it was fruitful or not, and prevented the harvest from being harvested until these amounts were paid.

The mercenaries also imposed royalties on the owners of coffee shops in the district, starting with an amount of ten thousand US dollars.

Stealing crops

The "Ahrar al-Sharqiya" mercenaries of the Turkish occupation also stole the crop of 60 olive trees owned by the citizen Muhammad al-Abdullah, a resident of the village of Miska Tahtani in the Janders district.

The olive field is located on the road to the villages of Miska and Burjaka in the district, and the mercenaries who stole the crop are the same ones who imposed royalties under the pretext of protecting the people’s crops.

Selling village tree firewood

In the village of Miskat Fawqani, in the same district, the mercenaries of Ahrar al-Sharqiya and their settler families opened a firewood selling center in which they displayed firewood from the trees they cut from the vicinity of the village, at prices that reached more than 100 US dollars per ton.
