The conference, organized under the auspices of the Zenobia Women's Gathering, has just begun at the Mishwar Hall located on the western road of Raqqa city.

The conference is attended by joint presidencies of councils and institutions from the Raqqa, Tabqa, and Deir ez-Zor cantons, along with members of the Zenobia Women's Gathering Council, the Future Syria Party, the Democratic Union Party (PYD), the Women's Body in the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Internal Security Forces, the Syrian Women’s Council, as well as representatives of the Democratic Islamic Conference and the Democratic Society Confederation of North and East Syria.

The conference began with a moment of silence in honor of the martyrs, followed by a speech from Khawd Al-Issa, spokesperson of the Zenobia Women's Gathering. In her speech, she stated: "The joint presidency system is an institution designed to fulfill the aspirations of the Syrian people, especially women, in building a democratic Syria founded on justice and equality. It reinforces genuine partnership between men and women in shaping the future."

Khawd Al-Issa also emphasized that this system is a product of the ideology of Leader Abdullah Ocalan and the sacrifices of the martyrs, stressing that the joint presidency is a fundamental pillar for building a sustainable society that upholds women's dignity and strengthens their role in the national renaissance.

The conference will continue with the appointment of members of the diwan/organizing committee, a detailed presentation on the political situation, and readings of Leader Abdullah Ocalan’s assessments of the joint presidency system. A visual presentation will also be shown, highlighting the journey and achievements of the joint presidency.

The conference will conclude with a closing speech by the diwan/organizing committee and a poetry segment featuring poet Fatima Al-Shami and poet Ahmad Al-Boursan.
