In the early hours of the day, Israel launched a large-scale aerial assault on Iran, targeting nuclear facilities and military sites, including the Natanz facility and headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Tehran and Isfahan.
The attacks resulted in the deaths of high-ranking military commanders and nuclear scientists, including:

Davoud Sheikhiān, the Commander of the IRGC Air Force Command
Major General Mehdi Rabbani, Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations in the Iranian Army (killed along with his wife and children)
