Local sources reported heavy surveillance drone activity over areas extending from Daraa to the skies above Damascus.

The flights coincided with the incursion of an Israeli patrol comprising six military vehicles into the Al-Kurum area near Mazraat Beit Jinn, where troops carried out searches of agricultural lands, according to reports by local activists. No further information was available.

These movements come amid continued Israeli incursions and military activity in parts of southern Syria and western Damascus countryside.

Earlier today, Israeli forces set up checkpoints for several hours, extending into the afternoon, around the villages of Abidin and Wadi al-Raqad in western Daraa countryside, where they began searching passersby. This followed the firing of illumination flares over the town of Bariqa in Quneitra countryside last night.
