Four children drowned in a water-filled quarry near Tel al-Dhahab in the Tel Brak countryside of Hasakah. People at the site managed to pull two children out of the water, but their condition remains unknown, while two others are still missing.

Local sources reported that four children drowned in a water-filled quarry near the village of Tel al-Dhahab, in the Tel Brak district of Hasakah countryside, prompting urgent calls for rescue teams to intervene.

According to preliminary information, people at the site managed to retrieve two of the children, but no information has emerged about their condition. The other two children remain missing.

Residents appealed to rescue teams and the Civil Defense to rush to the site and take part in search operations for the missing children.

The children's identities have not yet been established, and the circumstances of the incident remain unclear.
