Israeli aircraft bombes sites of Damascus forces in Daraa countryside

Israeli warplanes launched air strikes on the 112th Brigade located in the vicinity of Nawa in the western countryside of Daraa, where the Israeli army announced, at dawn today, that it had bombed targets in Syria in response to shooting towards the occupied Golan, yesterday.

Yesterday, Israel targeted with 5 missiles sites in the Nafaa Forest and Kawkab Dam in the western countryside of Daraa, in response to the launching of missiles from the region towards the occupied Syrian Golan.

The Israeli newspaper Haaretz quoted an Israeli army spokesman as saying: “In response to missile launches towards the Golan Heights area last night, Israeli army warplanes attacked terrorist infrastructure in Syria.”

Yesterday, sirens sounded in the areas of "Bali Ad", "Avnei Eitan" and "Nob" south of the occupied Syrian Golan Heights.

The Israeli army said, "In follow-up to activating warnings in the Golan region, 2 shells were monitored from inside Syrian territory towards Israel."
