The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced today the receipt of 15 more bodies of Palestinians released by Israel through the Red Cross.

A statement from the Ministry of Health in the Strip explained that the total number of Palestinian bodies received has risen to 330. It added that 97 of the 330 bodies received in the past period have been identified.

The Ministry confirmed that its medical teams are continuing to handle the bodies according to approved medical procedures and protocols, in preparation for completing the examination and documentation processes and handing them over to their families.

Hamas released the remaining 20 Israeli captives it was holding on November 13, and later handed over a number of bodies of those captured.

These steps come as part of US President Donald Trump’s peace plan for the Gaza Strip, which went into effect on October 10.
