Injury of child in suicide-drone attack in Deir Hafir

A 7-year-old girl was injured in a suicide-drone attack launched by the Syrian Interim Government forces on the Deir Hafir axis, in yet another violation of the ceasefire agreement one of the key provisions of the March 10 accord.

Our correspondent in Tabqa reported that a suicide drone belonging to the Syrian Interim Government forces targeted Deir Hafir, marking a continued breach of the ceasefire established under the March 10 agreement.

According to the information received, the suicide-drone strike hit the Deir Hafir quarry located behind Al-Raed Hospital, resulting in the injury of the child Iman Ali Al-Abd, aged 7, who sustained a wound in her back. She was transported to the hospital for medical treatment.

The Syrian Interim Government forces continue their attacks across various areas of North and East Syria, particularly in Deir Hafir and the Deir ez-Zor countryside, violating the ceasefire clause of the March 10 agreement. These forces have also increasingly allowed ISIS mercenaries to use their positions to launch attacks on military sites and civilian areas, the latest of which took place along the axis of Ghanem Al-Ali village in eastern Raqqa countryside.
