Humanitarian convoy heads from Tabqa to coastal areas
The humanitarian aid convoy provided by the Mesopotamia Association for Relief and Development set off from the Albu Asi crossing in Tabqa province toward the coastal areas.
As part of the humanitarian campaign organized by the Mesopotamia Association in coordination with the Social Affairs and Labor Body in the Democratic Autonomous Administration, the humanitarian aid convoy provided by the Mesopotamia Relief and Development Association set off this morning from the Albu Asi crossing in Tabqa Canton, the crossing that separates the Autonomous Administration areas from the Damascus Authority areas, towards the coastal areas.
The convoy started from Qamishlo city, passing through Hasakah, Raqqa and Tabqa, before exiting this morning from Albu Asi crossing, which is the second convoy in the humanitarian aid campaign to the coastal areas.
Residents of Raqqa Canton greeted the convoy at the entrance to the new northern bridge, where they provided additional aid.
The convoy, which includes 1,500 food rations loaded into two trucks, is scheduled to continue on its way to the coast.
