ISIS mercenaries took part in the recent attacks on As-Suwayda, alongside groups from the "Tribal Mobilization" forces supported by the Ministries of Defense and Interior of the Syrian transitional government. According to military and field sources, the mercenaries moved from their strongholds in Tulul al-Safa toward the areas of clashes, aiming to carry out massacres and looting, exploiting the chaos as free propaganda to attract new recruits.
