Baghouz continues its recovery from war after its liberation, marking a significant turning point in the fight against terrorism and restoring hope to the region’s residents. The town is witnessing rapid reconstruction efforts through the cooperation of its tribal members and self-administration.

The Co-Chair of the Confederation of Democratic Society Organizations in North and East Syria stated that the Turkish occupying state does not want stability in Syria and is obstructing peace efforts pursued by the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Damascus authority. He also accused Turkey of continuing to commit massacres against the region’s people.

Political expert, Dr. Malik Al-Hafiz, emphasized that the constitutional declaration issued by Damascus reflects a narrow vision of governance and serves as a fragile framework that cannot be relied upon. He pointed out that this declaration aligns in essence with the Ba'ath Party's constitutions and threatens the civil nature of the state, creating a legal environment that reproduces authoritarianism in the country.

The 20th century witnessed a major transformation in the status of Alawites in Syria. They played a significant role in resisting French colonial rule under the leadership of Sheikh Saleh Al-Ali. After Syria’s independence, they entered power through the Ba'ath Party, with Hafez Al-Assad rising to prominence in 1970, securing their foothold in military and security institutions. However, many Alawites continued to suffer from poverty, and some opposed the regime, paying the price through imprisonment. This led to divisions within the Alawite community between supporters and opponents of the regime.

The Revolutionary Youth Movement in Raqqa is organizing a protest against the constitutional declaration issued by the Damascus authority, demanding youth rights in the new Syria. The demonstration will take place at 12:00 PM. (Photos and videos attached.)
