- A writer and an administrator in the Women's Council of the Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM) affirmed that constitutional recognition of the Kurdish language and the rights of the Kurdish people constitutes a fundamental step toward guaranteeing cultural and national rights. - The Kurdish Red Crescent continues to provide medical and awareness services to residents of villages in the Jazira region through a mobile clinic that travels daily across rural areas. - The People's Municipality in Kobani confirmed that Decision No. 9, which prohibits any construction work within the boundaries of the city's master plan, is intended to preserve the integrity of the urban plan and ensure the implementation of infrastructure and public service projects in accordance with legal and regulatory procedures. - Dozens of daily wage laborers in Hasakah continue to wait under the scorching sun every day in search of work opportunities that can provide them with a livelihood, amid a decline in available jobs and the absence of designated waiting areas. The workers called on the relevant authorities to address their hardships and secure employment opportunities and stable income. Meanwhile, the Union of Toilers stated that it is working to allocate an organized site for workers and register them in official records to protect their rights and regulate their work.
