The Syrian Transitional Government continues to show no genuine commitment to implementing the provisions of the March 10 agreement with North and East Syria, limiting its steps to partial measures while persisting in its refusal to fully engage.

Residents of the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafiyeh neighborhoods in Aleppo, along with displaced people from Afrin, expressed their wish to meet with Leader Abdullah Ocalan.
