During the period from October 1, 2024, to October 10, 2025, the family of Leader Abdullah Ocalan submitted only four requests to visit him, while his lawyers filed 43 requests. Neither Ocalan nor the other detainees were allowed a single visit. Requests from international delegations, intellectuals, and journalists were also denied, and the conditions of Leader Abdullah Ocalan have not changed.

The fundamental difference between centralized and decentralized systems lies in how tasks and responsibilities are distributed within the organizational structure.
