Days after their arrest... Damascus authorities release 3 Kurdish citizens

The three Kurdish detainees arrived in the city of Qamishlo in the North and East of Syria region, after being kidnapped for about 4 days by Damascus authorities forces.

Damascus authorities released 3 citizens from the city of Qamishlo, who had been kidnapped several days ago on the Homs road, and they arrived home a short while ago.

Fadi Muhammad Amin Omar, Lazkin Saleh Abdi and Nubar Saeed Jankir were returning with their families from the city of Damascus after completing medical treatment sessions.

The three citizens from the city of Qamishlo were kidnapped on January 31 by Damascus authorities forces on the Homs road, in the center of the country.

According to the testimony of their families, who arrived in Qamishlo on the same day, the three citizens were arrested at a checkpoint belonging to the Damascus authorities, while their phones and private cars were seized. The families of the three detainees confirmed that they were released on February 3, and arrived safely to their homes in Qamishlo on Tuesday evening.
