Conference of Deir ez-Zor to discuss consolidating participatory among components

 Under the slogan “Conference on Strengthening Security and Stability towards Developing and Consolidating Participation in Deir ez-Zor,” the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria and the Deir ez-Zor Civil Council held a conference with wide participation from components of Deir ez-Zor society.

According to its organizers, the conference aims to identify the requirements of the people of Deir ez-Zor and the challenges that preceded this conference, with the aim of activating true participatory action and building a solid administrative structure based on real competencies and strengthening the military security force.

The conference was held in the hall of the Deir ez-Zor Civil Council in the Seven Kilo area, in the presence of representatives of the councils of the eastern, western and northern regions, the Deir ez-Zor Civil Council, and representatives of the Deir ez-Zor Military Council, as well as political parties, women representatives, sheikhs and notables of the Deir ez-Zor clans, and a number of legal persons from the people of the region, in addition to  representatives of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, the Deputy Co-Presidency of the Syrian Democratic Council, Laila Qaraman, the Co-Chair of the Executive Body of the Syrian Democratic Council, Elham Ahmed, and notables and notables from the regions of North and East Syria.

According to ANHA correspondent, the conference is scheduled to address "the political situation, the service and economic reality in Deir ez-Zor, good governance, proposals and outcomes."

The conference comes in the wake of a number of mass meetings held by the Autonomous Administration with the people of the region to listen to their opinions to develop the civil administration in Deir ez-Zor and enhance security in the region.
