On the anniversary of the attack that targeted the People’s Municipality building in the city of Qamishlo on March 11, 2014, residents recall the incident carried out by ISIS mercenaries. They emphasize that those attacks did not succeed in breaking their will; rather, they strengthened their determination to protect their institutions and achievements and to reinforce public vigilance in confronting threats targeting the region.
