Al-Muhbash: This phase requires unified Syrian position, comprehensive national dialogue

The Democratic Autonomous Administration in Tabqa province and the Future Syria Party organized a public meeting to explain the latest political developments in Syria.

During his speech before a large crowd of Tabqa residents, including tribal, political, and party figures, as well as representatives of civil institutions, intellectuals, and civil society activists, at the Martyr Muthanna Abdel Karim Theater in the Culture and Arts Center in Tabqa city, Abdel Hamid al-Muhbash, the co-chair of the Autonomous Administration's Negotiating Committee, reviewed the latest political developments in Syria and developments related to the dialogue and negotiations with Damascus after holding a minute of silence.

Al-Muhbash indicated that the joint negotiating committee continues its work with a strong national spirit, aiming to reach national understandings that guarantee the rights of all Syrians and consolidate the principle of active participation in shaping the future of a new Syria on democratic and just foundations. He stressed that any political solution that is not based on the will of the Syrian people with all its components will not be sustainable.

In the same context, al-Muhbash affirmed that the negotiation process between the delegation from North and East Syria and the transitional government delegation is moving in the right direction, noting that the spirit of seriousness and national responsibility prevailing in the meetings constitutes a positive foundation for reaching practical solutions that guarantee the unity of the country and the rights of all its components.

Al-Muhbash also emphasized that the unity of Syrian territory and the rejection of division represent inalienable national constants, and that a democratic, decentralized system is the optimal national option for ensuring fair representation for all regions and components and achieving balance between the center and the provinces.

In his speech, al-Muhbash called on all Syrians, regardless of their components, ethnicities, or spectra, to preserve civil peace and avoid the language and rhetoric of hatred. He emphasized the need to strengthen brotherhood, cooperation, solidarity, and cohesion among the people of the country for the sake of the country's unity and stability, and to thwart those seeking to destabilize Syria's security and stability.

Al-Muhbash also called on the sheikhs and leaders of the authentic Syrian tribes and clans to play their positive and responsible role in preserving Syria's unity, security, and stability, and prevent any form of Syrian-Syrian infighting, stressing that Syrian clans have been and continue to be a fundamental national pillar in defending the country's unity and social fabric.

The meeting concluded with attendees' affirming their full support for the efforts of the Future Syria Party and the Negotiation Committee, and their backing all national initiatives aimed at consolidating civil peace and building a unified, democratic, pluralistic, and decentralized Syria, where justice, citizenship, and equality prevail.
