After meeting ……procedures taken by relevant parties about examinations 

A meeting was held this afternoon between the joint committees of the Education Authority of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria and the Ministry of Education of the Damascus Authority to coordinate the examination process for the preparatory and secondary school certificates based on the curriculum of the former Syrian regime.

Following the meeting, the Education Authority in North and East Syria issued a series of procedures and instructions to be followed for registering for exams at designated centers in the cantons of North and East Syria.

The text of the procedures and instructions obtained by ANHA's agency after the meeting read:

"In our keenness to organize the examination process and ensure easy registration for our students wishing to take the basic education exams according to the Damascus curriculum in the regions of North and East Syria, we inform our dear students of the procedures and requirements necessary for registration in accordance with the approved regulations, which are:

1- Students wishing to register and who were unable to register previously must bring one of the following documents:

- Personal ID, if available, or an individual civil status extract or family book (photocopies are not accepted in lieu of these documents).

- Full name (first name, middle name, grandfather's name, and surname).

- Registration fee for the basic education exam: 22,500 SYP.

2- Students wishing to transfer to the regions of North and East Syria must bring:

- Exam card or a copy of it, or registration receipt or a copy of it. No fees are charged.

- Registration for basic education students begins on June 11, 2025, and ends on June 16, 2025.

- Registration start times From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Accredited Registration Centers:

AL-Jazira Canton:

- Hasakah Schools Administration in the Al-Nasirah neighborhood.

- Qamishlo Schools Administration in the Al-Sina'a neighborhood, next to the Eye and Heart Hospital.

Deir ez-Zor Canton:

- Deir ez-Zor Education Authority in the Seven Kilo area (Ma'mal Roundabout).

Raqqa Canton:

- Raqqa Education Authority next to the Clock Roundabout.

Tabqa Canton:

- Tabqa Education Authority, Second District, next to the Border Crossings Administration Building.

Euphrates Canton:

- Sarrin Schools Administration in Sarrin al-Balad, next to the Cultural Center.
