28 Turkish occupation soldiers killed and 2 helicopters destroyed

Today, the People Defense Forces issued a statement to the public opinion on the outcome of the September battles as follows:

"We remember the martyrs Sarah Tolhildan Goyi, Dlara Orber and Roken Zalal, Amal Farmez Hussein, who carried out the commando operation in Mezetli in Mersin on September 26, 2022, and Rohat Zelan-Ozcan Shahin, and Erdal Shahin-Hasan Oghuz, who carried out the historic commando operation in the Turkish capital, Ankara, on October 1, on the anniversary of their martyrdom, with respect, love and gratitude. Our Gêrîla pioneers have started a new era in the most difficult period through their commando operations that they carried out with complete professionalism and success, they have raised the level of participation in the struggle by reaching the peak of the Apoism Gêrîla and redefined the standard of correct life and struggle along the Apoism path, we renew our pledge that we will always walk and adopt the method of operations and life of the Apoism commando under all circumstances in loyalty to our martyrs who left their mark on our past, lead our present and determine our future.

The Kurdistan Freedom Movement, which follows the Gêrîla path, resisted the attacks of the Turkish occupation state and its army in September in the spirit of the Gêrîla. The Turkish occupation army carried out many operations and combing campaigns in Northern Kurdistan, from Merdin to Botan, from Amed to Dersim and Garzan, and as a result of the clash with the Turkish occupation army, comrades Zardasht Suruch(Adam Ozkan), Rebaz Baguk(Salman Dag Delin) fought in the Merdin, and the comrades Habun Biro(Giraftash) and Botan Osian(Fahmi Bashkurt) in Amed heroically, and they rose to the rank of martyrdom. The Turkish occupation army also increased its attacks based on war techniques in September on legitimate defense areas by bombing them 51 times with prohibited weapons, 8 times with booby-trapped aircraft, 169 times with helicopters and 303 times with warplanes.

While the Gêrîla forces responded to these attacks by the occupation army in the spirit of the Gêrîla and professional Gêrîla tactics, in September our forces carried out one air operation and 111 ground operations, bringing the total to 112 operations carried out with different tactics. The operations resulted in the killing of Lieutenant Colonel Osman Ayyan and 27 others, and wounding 11 others.
