27,598 students in Kobani receive end-of-year certificates

The city of Kobani and its countryside witnessed, this morning, an atmosphere of joy and relief with the start of distributing students’ certificates across the primary, preparatory, and secondary levels, marking the end of the 2025–2026 academic year.

Schools across the city began distributing certificates at 9:00 a.m. for primary students, with parents attending in an organized atmosphere.

At 10:00 a.m., the distribution of preparatory and secondary school certificates began, in the presence of school administrations and members of the teaching staff, who congratulated the successful students and wished them continued success in their academic journey.

The number of students in the city reached 27,598, distributed across 106 schools in Kobani and its countryside, including 19,404 students in the primary stage, 5,778 in the preparatory stage, and 2,416 in the secondary stage.

This step comes as part of the conclusion of the academic year, amid hopes that students will continue their educational journey and achieve further success in the coming years.
