Sheikhs, clans' notables The Syrian Democratic Forces are supported by our sons

Against the backdrop of the events taking place in the city of Deir ez-Zor, and the strife that both the Damascus Government and the Turkish occupation state are trying to spread in the region.

This afternoon, Saturday, about a hundred people, including notables, sheikhs, and tribal figures in Jazira region, gathered in the guesthouse of Sheikh Awad al-Akla, one of the sheikhs of the Bakara tribe, in the village of Tal Tawil in the Hasakah countryside, to declare their solidarity with the Syrian Democratic Forces SDF and their stand in the face of sedition.

This came during a statement read by Hussein al-Kabsh, a leader of the Bakara tribe.

It stated at the beginning: “To the people of our tribes and clans in the regions of Deir ez-Zor, dear brothers. The objectives have become clear, the goals have become clear and the truth has become clear and perceived by those far and near. We must communicate to repeat to you and confirm that yesterday’s events were nothing but a malicious plan, worked on by the parties that they only agree in their policies on our people to share influence and interests, and they are the same parties that had the upper hand at the beginning of the Syrian movement, which they diverted from one path to another without caring about the safety of our people and their eternal coexistence with each other.”

The statement added, "Striking the Syrian fabric with its various sects was a goal that satisfied their material instincts and their own interests. Illegal money was granted, the squares were flooded with weapons, kidnappings and killings took place, and the flames of the media war rose. TV stations practiced the policy of standing with the criminal parties that supported the coordination and which were initially able to raise the pace of the sectarian war." And the exclusionary discourse, so Syria became an arena for abhorrent terrorism, and a person no longer knew his fate or the reason for everything that was happening and happening, so there were victims from everyone until it came to targeting named tribes, so death was the master of the situation!

The statement pointed out, "This is how the scene was, but they did not succeed when the Syrian Democratic Forces came raising the slogan of brotherhood of peoples, co-existence, and sharing. People were reassured, and their concern for avoiding gaps became everyone's main concern, which indicates the beginning of a new era and an experience that will hinder the plans of those who are hostile to this right approach towards a just society in which there are no differences and wars and injustices.”

The attendees declared during their statement, “Therefore, we must define our position and announce it publicly, which is:

- The Syrian Democratic Forces are the forces that were formed by the will of our tribes and in consultation with them, and the backbone of these forces are our sons, and they are the only legitimate representative of the components of the region in NE, Syria.

- The Syrian Democratic Forces do not have any separatist intentions, and this matter has been decided in advance. Rather, they raise the slogan of One Syria, Syria, the homeland that includes everyone.

-The attempt to revive strife is behind Iran and Turkey, and they are confused about their affairs and are trying to play on the national and ethnic strings, but we know that these parties do not respect our nationalities or our tribes.

Being drawn into this strife is a betrayal of the future of our people and an attempt to undermine our experience and turn back the clock to revive terrorism, kidnapping, fighting clans and tribes, and spreading strife.

Some of those who are dependent on the regime, who exploit the names of their honorable and honorable families, and who dream of being masters of money and power, represent themselves only and do not represent anyone.

- All clans, especially at the current stage, have their influential faces socially and politically, and the tribe or clan cannot be reduced to one person. There are influential people who have their own national orientations and preserve the legacy of the tribe.

From this standpoint, it is necessary to define the position. Whoever is in favor of renewing strife and disrupting peaceful co-existence between the components of the region and being drawn behind these parties is in the opposing trench, the defeated trench, and whoever wants harmony for our clans and tribes must stand against these terrorist forces and the organizations that have wreaked havoc. "It wreaked havoc on our land and terrorized its people with murder."
