Turkish occupation bombards villages east of Ain Issa with missiles and tanks

ANHA agency's correspondents reported that the 2 villages are being subjected to heavy bombardment at these moments, coming from the bases of the Turkish occupation army that it established in the occupied Syrian territories in NE Syria.

After midnight yesterday, until the early morning hours of Monday, the Turkish occupation army bombed villages east and west of Ain Issa district with rockets and mortars.

This comes a day after the Tal Abyad Military Council thwarted an infiltration operation carried out by mercenary groups affiliated with the Turkish occupation army towards the village of Sakiro, located on the M4 international road, east of Ain Issa district.

As a result of the confrontations that erupted after the infiltration operation, 7 mercenaries were killed and 7 others were injured, with the failure of the infiltration attempt.

The Turkish occupation army escalated its attacks on the regions of NE Syria (Manbij, Tal Tamr, Zarghan, Ain Issa, and Shahba) with the Syrian Democratic Forces launching the "Security Enhancement" operation on the eastern bank of the Euphrates River, specifically in Deir ez-Zor to pursue ISIS cells, drug dealers, and outlaws.
