​​​​​​​HPG kills 3 soldiers of Turkish occupation and destroys Skorsky's helicopter

Today, Media Center of the People Defense Forces (HPG) issued a statement to the public about the operations of its Guerilla forces, in response to the Turkish occupation army's attacks on the defense areas of Media in Başûr Kurdistan, that reads:

"On May 19, our fighters in the Free Women Units - YJA Star carried out, at exactly 06:00, a qualitative operation against the Turkish occupation army in the Resistance Square in Judy Hill with heavy weapons, and our Guerrilla forces were able to deliver a strong blow to the occupation site.

And at exactly 13:45 on the same date, our Guerrilla forces dealt a heavy blow to one of the Turkish occupation sites in the Resistance Square in Judy Hill, with its heavy weapons.

August 19, the fighters of the Free Women Units - Star, at around 14:10, carried out a qualitative operation against the Turkish occupation army in the Resistance Square in Judy Hill with heavy weapons, and inflicted heavy strikes on 2 military sites of the Turkish aggression.

At exactly 16:00 on the same date, our Guerrilla fighters of the Free Women Units - Star carried out a sniping operation against the Turkish occupation army in the Resistance Square in Judy Hill, which resulted in the death of a Turkish soldier.

At exactly 19:00, our fighters of the Free Women Units - Star tracked a sniper movements of the Turkish occupation in the Resistance Square in Judy Hill, and he was targeted by our fighters.

Skorsky helicopter of the Turkish occupation also flew over the Resistance Square in Judy Hill between 21:15 and 22:30, and our fighters in the Free Women Units damaged the helicopter, which was trying to land its soldiers in the square, and forced it to withdraw from the entire area.

On August 20, our fighters in the Free Women Units - Star, at 00:50, carried out a qualitative operation against the Turkish occupation army in the Resistance Square in Judy Hill with heavy weapons, and the strong strikes of our Guerrilla fighters resulted in the death of a Turkish soldier.

At 07:40, our Guerrilla forces dealt heavy blows to the Turkish aggression army in the Resistance Square in the Sayda area, with heavy weapons.

Turkish occupation army' attacks:

August 19, Turkish occupation army warplanes bombed the Resistance Square in Judy Hill in the Martyr Dalil area, west of Zap, 3 times and the Resistance Square in Bahar Hill in the same area, and Turkish occupation helicopters bombed the Resistance Square in Orty Hill 4 times. The Turkish occupation also bombed the Zap region and the martyr Dalil area, west of Zap, with cannons.
