​​​​​​​Kurdish clans confirm their support for Jabour tribe

The Kurdish clans condemned, through a written statement of public opinion, published by the Kurdish Clans Council in Jazera, commenting on what the city of Hasaka witnessed, and the insult to which the sheikh of the Jabour tribe in Hasaka, Abdul Aziz al-Muslat, was subjected by the mercenaries of the National Defense and its commander.

The statement read: "The Jazera is going through difficult times these days, as the international and regional military mobilizations are crowding in all directions and the drums of war are beating, in addition to recent events that have taken us back to bygone days, when they abused clan and patriotic symbols; with the presence of malicious plans from external parties to sow division between the social and clan fabric.

The statement added, expressing the position of the Kurdish clans, "The Jazera, its people, and its clans lived in love and harmony throughout its ancient and contemporary history until strange hands extended between us, and we in the Kurdish Clans Council condemn and denounce the insult to patriotic symbols, and we stand with the Jabour tribe to remove this injustice from the tribe.

And stressed: “We urge the wise men of Jabour, especially the Melhem family, to avoid escalation as much as possible".

At the end of the statement, the Kurdish clans council in the Syrian Jazera expressed its readiness to do what is necessary.
