Protest in Raqqa slams leader's isolation, Turkish attacks

Today, hundreds of residents of the city of Raqqa and its countryside took part in a demonstration denouncing the isolation imposed on the leader Abdullah Ocalan and the attacks of the Turkish occupation state on NE Syria, organized by the Syrian Revolutionary Youth Movement and the Young Women's Union in the city of Raqqa.

Members of the civil and military councils, political parties, and civil society organizations participated in the demonstration, which started in front of the children's hospital in the city, alongside the families, carrying banners that read: "In the Apo's spirit renew yourselves and support the battle of freedom," "join to the battle of freedom."

The demonstration headed to Women's Square, amid chanting the slogans "There is no life without the leader", "Down with Turkish fascism", "With our soul and blood we will sacrifice you, O leader", and "Long live the brotherhood of peoples", raising pictures of the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and it turned into a mass stand in Women's Square, started by standing a minute of silence in honor of the souls of the martyrs.

Then the administrator of the Syrian Revolutionary Youth Movement, Muhammad al-Ali denounced the international conspiracy against the leader Abdullah Ocalan,and the isolation imposed on him.

The statement stressed that the policy of isolation imposed in Imrali prison will not be able to block the thoughts of the leader Abdullah Ocalan from them, by saying, "You will not be able to block our sun, our freedom from the physical freedom of the leader Abdullah Ocalan," and we struggle until achieving leader physical freedom.
