At the invitation of the Democratic Union Party and Kongra Star, hundreds of members of the Kurdish community in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, celebrated the anniversary of the July 19 revolution.

The celebration began with a minute of silence, followed by a speech delivered via Skype by the co-chair of the Democratic Union Party, Salih Muslim, in which he blessed the anniversary of the July 19 revolution on all the families of the martyrs and the peoples of the region.

Muslim stated that the day of the launch of the July 19 revolution in Rojava is the day of achieving victory and realizing the hopes and goals of the martyrs.

He also touched on the stages that the revolution went through, and the sacrifices made by the peoples of the region in order for the revolution to reach the present day. He also called for escalating the struggle and resistance and protecting the gains of the revolution.
