The co-chair of the training council in the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods in Aleppo, Souad Hassan, denounced the isolation imposed on the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and said: "We were hoping to hear news about the leader's health condition, which we have not known anything about for 27 months. Turkish fascism imposed a disciplinary punishment for a period over six more months.

Souad indicated that the isolation imposed on the leader Ocalan is the isolation of the Kurdish people as a whole.

She noted that it is the leader Ocalan's physical freedom that will achieve solutions in the Middle East, and for the Kurdish people in particular. Stressing, at the end of her speech, that women will continue to resist until the physical freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan is achieved.

Great resistance

For her part, the spokeswoman for the Syrian Initiative for the Freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan in Aleppo, Amna Khadro, said: "In light of the continued attacks on North and East Syria, we have seen in this period an increase in the isolation of the leader Abdullah Ocalan, in light of the international conspiracy entering its 25th year. The leader is still fighting for these peoples who yearn for freedom, justice and dignity.

At the end of her speech, Amna stressed that the struggle and resistance will continue, and the people will remain united around the project of the democratic nation, until the physical freedom of the leader Abdullah Ocalan is achieved, and the will of the free peoples is fulfilled.

Leader Abdullah Ocalan has been detained in Imrali prison in Turkey for more than 24 years, following an international conspiracy against him in 1999.

In her turn, Kongra Star member Mizgin Rashid began her speech by remembering the martyrs, and said: "We see that the Turkish occupation state is launching its attacks on the Kurdish people in the region, and with these violations it is trying to distance us from the leader Abdullah Ocalan, but we will continue to follow in his footsteps, his thought and his philosophy."

She added, "It is true that the leader does not live among us physically, but his spirit does not leave us. We will not be separated from the leader, and until the last Kurd we will remain in the squares resisting."

Mizgin stressed that women everywhere will put the liberation of leader Abdullah Ocalan physically in mind, and will continue to resist and remain on top of their work until this freedom is achieved.

The Turkish occupation state recently took a new ban against the leader Abdullah Ocalan, about whom no information has been received since March 25, 2021, for another 6 months.

Women of all components must play their role in liberating the leader."

In the same context, a member of the Young Women's Union, Rasha Ali, said, "After the leader was imprisoned for 25 years and after more than two years of imposing strict isolation on him, as he was prevented from meeting his family and lawyers, now the isolation has been extended for another six months under the name of disciplinary punishment." Where the leader is forbidden to be exposed to even sunlight.

Rasha, on behalf of the Young Women's Union, denounced the violations of the Turkish occupation state, saying: "We, the Young Women's Union, condemn and denounce the crimes of the Turkish occupation state against our leader in Imrali prison, and it is upon us to work to educate women from all components so that they play their role in achieving physical freedom to the leader.”

Rasha concluded her speech by saying: "We know that the enemy continues to target the women's movement, because it knows that the leader gave great importance to women, and made them play an important role in societies, and with the thought of free women, we will liberate our leader."
