Many think that there are differences between the Arabs and the Kurds derived from ancient history, and this - as confirmed by specialists in history - is not true. It is possible to easily introduce conflicts and conflicts into it in the future in order to avoid the formation of a unified entity that threatens the existence of colonialism in this rich and strategic region from a political point of view.

In this regard, Kurdish and Arab intellectuals believe that coexistence and solidarity between the two peoples has become an urgent need at this particular time, and it is the most successful endeavor to eliminate terrorism and expel it from the region, and lay the foundations for building a Autonomous Administration system. What is the probability of success of this coexistence? What does it require from both parties?

A member of the Egyptian Society for International Law and the Arab-European Center for International Law, Dr. Mukhtar Ghobashi, says, "Coexistence and solidarity between the Kurdish and Arab peoples is an issue that has become very important and sacred, especially at this critical time, because coexistence and solidarity prevent the arena of confrontation between regional and international forces." It builds on the capabilities of Arab national security, and establishes a joint Arab-Kurdish action that can define a framework for defending the national security system for both peoples.

Dr. Ghobashi added to ANHA’s agency, "Eliminating terrorism or expelling terrorism is important titles. It is sufficient for us to have the ability of North and East Syria to control this matter, and we have seen 51,000 ISIS detainees in prisons in North and East Syria and al-Hol Camp, and we have seen that there is a call for these ISIS to go to countries affiliated with it, but it refused (these countries).

Dr. Ghobashi emphasized that this coexistence "requires from both sides for its success first; a common political will, and the ability to understand the nature of threats to Arab and Kurdish national security as well, and the subjective or federal issue that could be the solution within the framework of the countries in which the highest percentage of the Kurds is located, is an important issue." And it is required to discuss it in detail, about the mechanism of dealing between the Autonomous Administration and the central government, which remains a part of it and under its framework according to a constitutional text or a legal framework.

Dr. Ghobashi stresses that "there are no historical differences between the two peoples, but there are concerns between the two parties, in which colonialism played a major role, starting with the Treaty of Sèvres - (signed on August 10, 1920 as part of a series of treaties signed by the Central Powers after their defeat in the First World War, and it was The Ottoman Empire’s endorsement of it is the final nail in the coffin of its disintegration and collapse due to the loss of the Central Powers in World War I) - which gave the Kurds a state in Mosul and Anatolia, but this covenant was violated by the international parties at that time.

A member of the Egyptian Society for International Law and the Arab-European Center for International Law, Dr. Mukhtar Ghobashi, confirms that the Kurdish people are able to convince the Arab people that their goal is not separation or fragmentation, but coexistence according to the accepted foundations of preserving traditions, customs, language, and a form of AANES, or federalism that governs a common will for the success of coexistence between them, provided that there is an inclusive central government that governs this coexistence.

Dr. Ghobashi denies that there is a historical dispute between the two peoples, “Rather, it is political, because the history of the two sides has a common and important defense, and it is enough for us that Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi was the one who conquered and liberated Jerusalem, and in Palestine there is a city that still exists today, called Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, relative to the private physician of Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi.

And he continues by saying: "There are ways for coexistence between the Kurdish and Arab peoples, and many frameworks and a common concern between them, and the general framework that governs this coexistence and the manifestation of good intentions and the common ability between the two parties, in order to prevent any regional or international interference or exploiting this in the interest of other parties or the attempt of these parties to create problems between the two sides, but the ability of coexistence between the two peoples is great, explicit, historical and appreciated, and in the Arab world there are many cadres and people affiliated with the Kurdish people, and they played an important role in art, administration, traditions and Arab customs...".
