Popular prestigious funeral of 2 martyrs Yusra, Lyman

Thousands of residents of Jazira region mourned the funeral of the co-chair of the Qamishlo Canton Council, Yusra Darwish, and the co-president Liman Shawish (Rayhan Amuda), who were martyred yesterday in an attack by a Turkish occupation drone on the Qamishlo- Tirbespiyê road, to the shrine of the martyr Ismail in Amuda district.

Representatives of the Autonomous Administration, Kongra Star, the Democratic Society Movement, and friends and families of the martyrs also participated in the funeral ceremony.

After standing for a minute of silence, the co-chair of the Council of Martyrs' Families in Qamishlo, Hevi Al-Sayed, delivered a speech in which she extended condolences to the families of the two martyrs. She stated that the enemy targets women leaders in particular because it fears the heroic role of women, and she also said that the gathering of all these masses in these ceremonies confirms that there is no force that can defeat the will of the peoples of the region.

Covenant to achieve the goals of the martyrs

Talaat Yunis, the co-chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration in Jazira region, delivered a speech in which he said that the Turkish occupation escalated its attacks against the regions of North and East Syria with the aim of supporting terrorism and occupying more Syrian lands in an effort to cover up the internal problems in Turkey. He also noted that the attack coincided with the Autonomous Administration's decision to prosecute ISIS mercenaries. Talaat Yunis described ISIS mercenaries as a 'protégé of Turkey' and added: "It seeks to eliminate the democratic project of the peoples and the will of the peoples. The forces that met in Astana make deals at the expense of the Syrian people. This meeting is an extension of the conspiracy targeting our people who yearn for freedom."

Yunis also noted that the targeting of the leaders of the regions of North and East Syria takes place in full view of the eyes of the guarantor powers, and added to his speech: "Enough, you are becoming partners in these massacres. The peoples of the region have made many sacrifices for the security and stability of the world. It must be "You take a moral stand on the Autonomous Administration project. You must fulfill your responsibilities towards the hopes of the Syrians.

During his speech, Yunis also touched on resolving the Syrian crisis and noted that the Autonomous Administration initiative and system is a model for resolving the Syrian crisis.

In his speech, Talaat Yunis recalled the two martyrs, Yusra Darwish and Liman Shawish, and added: "Rayhan was a resistance fighter. Yusra was a teacher and a pioneering female leader. Furat was a brave hero. In fulfillment of their memory, our people must rally around the Autonomous Administration and its forces, and defeat the policies of extermination. We, too, will continue the struggle." Until the hopes of these martyrs are fulfilled."

To become the voice of free women, she spent 38 years fighting for freedom.

A member of the Kongra Star Coordination Committee, Roken Ahmed, delivered a speech on behalf of the women's organizations in North and East Syria, and indicated that they are bidding farewell to two revolutionary fighters once again. She drew attention to the martyr Lyman Shawish (Rayhan Amuda) and said: "Rayhan is Kurdish because she was not only fighting in Amuda, but she fought in Amuda, Kobani ", Qamishlo, Afrin, Amed, Mahabad, Sulaymaniyah and Hewler. She belonged to Zagros and Botan and presented an unparalleled struggle. In 2016, after the liberation of the region from ISIS, she entered Manbij and worked with its components. To become the voice of free women, she spent 38 years in the struggle for freedom."

Roken Ahmed explained that after the Autonomous Administration's decision to prosecute ISIS mercenaries, their ally Erdogan moved to protect them, referring to the occupied areas, saying: "We must return Afrin, Serêkaniyê, Girê Spî, Jarabulus, and Azaz. The free personalities will take care of Syria, not the personalities who sell themselves and who meet now. We pledge that we We will not allow another inch of our land to be occupied."

The co-chair of the Syriac Union, Sanharib Barsoum, also spoke and made it clear that the enemy is the same since the dawn of history until now, and it is the mentality of the occupying Turkish state. That state established itself on the extermination of the Syriac, Armenian, and Kurdish people, and the Alawite and Yazidi communities, and it continues to attempt extermination until now.

Sanhrib Barsoum said: "We are right holders, and we are always victorious because we are owners of a will linked to the martyrs. Our people in the region live within solidarity and our blood has mixed, and we promise our martyrs about that. The will of the components is a symbol and a light, and on this basis the Autonomous Administration will remain."

On behalf of the family of the co-chair of the Qamishlo Canton Council, the martyr Yusra Darwish, the intellectual Bashir Mulla Nawaf spoke and said: "The two martyrs are the symbol of Kurdish women. Martyrdom is epic because it includes love within it. If the people follow the path of the martyrs, they will surely achieve victory and thwart the enemy's plans."
