Developments regarding the Syrian file are accelerating, especially with regard to the rapprochement between the Arab countries and the Damascus government, which followed Russian efforts to bring about a rapprochement between the Turkish occupation and the Damascus government.

In light of all this, the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria launched an initiative of several items to solve the Syrian crisis by launching a Syrian-Syrian dialogue, and this initiative was widely welcomed by Syrian parties and personalities. Regarding the Autonomous Administration initiative, Qalaji said: "We look at the initiative with a lot of aspiration for national responsibility at this particular time, although we hope for two issues. The second issue is that it was issued by the political bearer the experience of the Autonomous Administration (the Syrian Democratic Council), because the initiative, when issued by a political body representing all the political forces in the region, is more important than an executive body made up of employees affiliated with these forces. And that there will be no rapprochement or normalization in the political sense, although considering the issues of our Syrian people, regardless of their pre-national affiliations, and supporting the conditions set by the Syrian state for this normalization by opening the water of the Tigris and Euphrates, implementing the agreement between the two countries, respecting international covenants, and stopping military attacks on the regions of North and East Syria.

The Secretary-General of the Syrian Change and Renaissance Party, Mustafa Qalaji, concluded his speech by saying: "We hope that all Syrian political forces will give priority to their national interests and achieve them. History will not be merciful to anyone. The Syrians have long waited and their sufferings are great, and they deserve what they aspire to in terms of stability, security, safety, and the liberation of all lands."
