Iraqi parliamentarian: Soylo's statements are violation of sovereignty
An Iraqi parliamentarian called on the Iraqi government to file a complaint to the Security Council and the United Nations against Turkey.
Today, a member of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, Jawad al-Bolani, expressed his complete rejection of the statements of the Turkish Minister of Interior, Suleyman Soylo, about attacking the Iraqi border.
Al-Bolani told Roj News agency, "Parliament rejects any Turkish military action against Iraq, which is unacceptable and a violation of the country's sovereignty," noting that "such statements have a clear goal for electoral purposes".
The Iraqi parliamentarian called on the Iraqi government to control its borders by filing a complaint with the Security Council and the United Nations against Turkey and its racist plans against Iraq.
