12 attacks by Turkish occupation on defense areas of Mediya during the past 48 hours

The People's Defense Forces announced the outcome of the Turkish occupation state's attacks on the defense areas of Mediya in Başûr (Southern Kurdistan) during the past 48 hours.

On Tuesday, the Media Center of the People's Defense Forces (HPG) issued a statement to the public about the ongoing Turkish attacks on the defense areas of Media in Başûr Kurdistan, which read:

On May 8, at 12:00 and 15:00, the Turkish aggression army launched an attack on Resistance Square in Tel FM, and our Guerrilla forces responded to the attack to defend themselves.

Attacks by the Turkish occupation army with prohibited weapons

On May 8, the Turkish occupation army bombed our resistance trenches in the Resistance Square, Tal FM, with internationally prohibited weapons.

Turkish occupation attacks

On the 8th and 9th of May, the Resistance Squares in Amdiaya and FM hills, and our resistance trenches in the Saiyda area, were bombarded by artillery, tanks and heavy weapons by the Turkish occupation 11 times.

The Turkish occupation soldiers are trying to destroy our war trenches in the Resistance Square, Tal FM, by bulldozers.
