Defeat of AKP- MHP in elections will reflect positively on Syria

The Co-Chair of the Relations Office of the Democratic Union Party (PYD), Sihanouk Dibo, spoke to ANHA agency about the presidential and parliamentary elections that will be held on May 14 in Bakur Kurdistan (Northern Kurdistan) and Turkey, and their repercussions on NE Syria and the whole Middle East, and the political genocide in Turkey and Bakur Kurdistan.

Dibo said that the defeat of the Justice and Development Party and the National Movement in the upcoming elections will have a significant impact on Kurdistan and the Middle East in general.

 He pointed to the great negative influence of the government of the Justice and Development Party on Syria, Libya, Sudan, Tunisia, Yemen, Iraq and the rest of the Arab countries, which caused a reaction and a vacuum in Turkey.

Dibo also indicated by deafeat AKP-MHP in elections, this will contribute to resolving the crises in Turkey and the Middle East.

 "There will be possibilities and opportunities to build a decentralized and democratic Syria," Dibo added.

Dibo warned that the lack of efforts for a solution that includes the Kurdish issue, and the failure to take real steps for dialogue between the Kurdistan Liberation Movement and the Turkish political forces, will exacerbate crises and problems.

“The Justice and Development Party and the National Movement pose a great danger.”

Dibo explained that the survival of the Justice and Development Party and the National Movement at the helm of power would constitute a great danger. Dibo pointed out that every step towards resolving the Kurdish issue will create great opportunities for victory, but if these elections are not well exploited, the situation will be different.

The AKP will not hand over power easily

Sihanouk Dibo commented on the political genocide in Bakur Kurdistan and Turkey, by saying  "It is possible that they will postpone the elections and carry out wars and games at the last moment, as the genocide process is one of the first signs of this result. It is possible that they will not hold the elections under some pretext, the AKP fears defeat and does not accept it, and it will not hand over power to democratic forces easily, the AKP government has crossed its limits and must be stopped. Its mechanism is constantly complicated and this could lead to a deep crisis in Turkey."

Victory of Green Left Party is victory for  people

Dibo called on all the peoples of Turkey and Bakur Kurdistan and the Syrian citizens who have the right to vote in Turkey to cast their vote for the Green Left Party, saying: “The May 14 elections are among the important topics during this stage. The peoples of Turkey, especially the Kurdish people, should support the Left Party Green.The victory of the Green Left Party means the victory of the people's will and rights.Its programs and views on the solution are remarkable and very promising.The votes of Syrian citizens who have the right to vote in Turkey are considered a trust for them, so they should vote for the right side.The policies of the Justice and Development and Nationalist Movement parties are one of the reasons of the Syrian crisis, so they should vote for the right side to bring down this government. Our call is directed, in particular to our Arab citizens who hail from Damascus, Aleppo and Deir Ezzor."
